Description:

Basic assembly/general labor role. Prefer someone with experience in blueprint reading/schematic reading. Candidates must be comfortable using hand/power tools and working in a heavy industrial work environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Good mechanical aptitude.Ability to operate various hand and power tools.Familiarity with types of equipment produced by ACS (I.E. centering device and chain transfer.)Operate fork trucks and overhead crane or hoist.Meets acceptable time/work standards.Keeps immediate work area clean and orderly.Works in accordance with established safety rules and regulations.Familiar with conveyor installation experience is a plus.In order to qualify for this position you have, mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.Ability to understand basic mechanical and electrical schematic drawings.Good written & oral communications skills.Ability to interface well with customers and vendors.Processes paperwork including work orders and timekeeping according to company procedures.Using considerable judgment in adjusting, dismantling, assembling, and equipment pertaining to job.
